Firstly, I would like to thank you and the rest of the team for making us feel so welcome on Sunday. The whole event went really well. The site is looking great.

Regarding the Villa, can we discuss this further. I have been searching for the right investment for 2 years now, and as an agent, buying my own property is very difficult as I am spoilt for choice. However, this is the first property that I have ever decided upon. I am keen to purchase this villa.

Good Morning David, I Have just returned from the development at Sunset and would like to offer my congratulations for coming through with a truly fantastic development.

While I was there I took the opportunity to check out other developments to compare with the product on offer by Midas PLC and believe me there is no comparison.

I am more than delighted with my villa, the finishing is first class and unsurpassed in the Yalikavak area, Serdar and his team have worked very hard and set a high standard taking every detail into account, I can honestly say that there is no better development in the Bodrum area.

Please feel free to pass this info on to your other owners and prospective buyers who have not had the opportunity to visit the site yet, I guarantee they will not be disappointed when they visit the development.

Hi David,

Both Wendy and myself are delighted with the quality of the build of the Villa we have purchased at the Sunset Development . Also the way Midas have looked after us during the past few months. I would also like to thank you for all your effort in keeping me informed of various issues during the last few months. Without your help things may not have been so easy for us.

When Wendy and myself visited the development in October we were more than pleased with our Villa. As you know it was the first time for Wendy to see the development therefore I was a little nervous. But I had nothing to worry about as everything was perfect she loved it.

I would also like to ask you to thank Serdar for all his support during our visit, and for all his help and his time taking us to the various shops to order the kitchen, tiles etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Midas to other potential buyers. I know Wendy has passed your telephone number onto a work colleague who is interested in purchasing a property in Bulgaria.

Dear David,

As you are aware, Alan and I have just returned from an inspection trip to the Sunset Development in Yalikavak. We were both delighted with what we found, and wanted to write and let you know our feelings. The views from Sunset are exactly as on your website, if not better! The addition of a few white sailing boats whilst we were there completed the picture!

Sunset is in a great location, and we are so glad to own a small part of this beautiful region in Turkey. Yalikavak manages to be both dramatic and pretty, with a quaint waterfront full of interesting cafes and fish restaurants.

The impressive new Marina gives the whole town an up-market feel. When it comes to location, Sunset has everything!

Although delivery of our own property is due in early 2007, from the work completed so far, we could already see the high standard of finish that is being achieved - the plastering, electrical provision, windows, etc. all top-notch!

The V6/A8 show houses were thoughtfully presented with plenty of contemporary options to choose from, even in the standard range.

 

The high quality of the kitchen cabinets and granite worktops was very impressive, and certainly on a par with anything available in the UK/ Western Europe. In terms of the appliances, we were also pleasantly surprised to find that all major European brands are easily available in the Bodrum area, at comparable prices to the UK.

This is our first venture into purchasing a holiday home abroad. The built in safeguards that Midas provide, namely the use of a leading UK based lawyer, coupled with an Escrow agreement, gave us peace of mind right from the start. It certainly ticked a lot of the boxes with regard to security of monies and good title deed.

Like most people, we wanted our purchase to be an appreciating asset as well as an attractive holiday home. We believe that we have found both, and would be happy to recommend Midas to any potential buyer.

Overall, we had an exciting visit to our future home and cannot wait for the keys next year!

Thought I would add my comments as an owner of a villa on the Sunset development.

Throughout the whole process yourself and in particular Serdar on the ground in Turkey have acted professionally and been true to your word since we first started the process back in September 2005.

The end result has been as promised and I agree with the many other owners, that the development is outstanding and provides some of the best views I have ever seen. Focusing on the quality of the development, the design, the views and the overall aesthetics, you have delivered a quality product that exactly matches the initial plans of some months ago.

There are plenty of other developments going up on the peninsular and whilst we obviously looked around at a lot of other developers, the vision, passion and commitment of you and your team have been second to none. Couple that with the quality build and the financial security of using UK lawyers, I can honestly say that the whole process has been a lot smoother and less risky than it could have been with another. I honestly feel that with the current economic climate in Turkey and its potential ascension to EU will make for a fantastic investment opportunity and with the developments Midas have to offer I am confident that many buyers will be completely satisfied with the quality work and dedication to customer service that Midas provide.
